The seat of your bike should be at the height of your hip bone. Place your hand on your seat, make sure your hand is flat, and stick your thumb out. Stand to the side of your müüv bike and raise or lower the seat so that your thumb touches your hip bone. This may be a two-person job. Another way to know if the height is properly set is to sit on your bike, when the pedal is at the lowest part of the circular pedaling stroke (think 6 o’clock) , you should have a slight bend in your knee of about 25-35 degrees. If your knee is hyperextended or too straight, your seat is too high. If your knee is too bent, your seat is too low. Once you find that sweet spot, take note of the number on the seat post so it’s easy to adjust your bike next time and tighten the knob.
