Pacing cues are audio snippets letting you know how long to do an exercise, when you're half way and when to start the next exercise . You can turn the Pacing cues on/off by following these instructions:
1) Tap on the Up Arrow icon (bottom of screen). This will bring up the audio coaching control menu.
2) Tap on/off button just left of Pacing. Note: The default setting for Pacing cues is ON.
