Here's how Bumps work:
1) Request bumps from your friends at the start of your workout. It's easy - just tap “Request A Bump”.
2) Your friends then record 3 to 10-second audio snippets (bumps) - no app install needed.
3) You hear the bumps while you move - it's mixed into the audio coaching - for additional motivation, excitement, and fun.
4) Replay the bumps after you work out for more smiles and laughs.
