If you find that the workout given to you is too hard, you have two options.
- During workout, open the Smart Menu and select easier. This will make your current interval easier. You can also adjust your resistance at any point to reduce the amount of tension you are pedaling against.
- When you are building a workout, expand the intensity settings and choose easier. This will make your workout easier than normal.
